Once again: hardware manager shows resources which are registered with it by a device driver. So the device driver has to detect a particular piece of hardware and then tell it to hardware manager. If the USB base drivers work correctly with a given hardware, they will add the detected USB chip hardware resources and all detected USB hub/device nodes to the hardware manager device tree.
