I'm pleased to announce a new release of the v1.9.x build of Uniaud - 1.9.12

Improvements since v1.9.11 include:
- Updated most of the ALSA code to 1.0.19, except for the HDA code which is 
at 1.0.18a whilst the cause of the traps seen in the January 2009 build are 
investigated.
- Updated to Watcom 1.8 as a compiler
- Fixes for IRQ handling and delays at startup in APIC mode from Pasha - 
for me at least, this resolves hangs in mplayer when skipping through video.
