Fixes the trap handler of the Warp 4 kernel for trap 16 which is the "floating point error" trap as the trap handler in the Warp4 kernel is broken for trap 16 (not a problem for the UNI and SMP kernels). initially written to work around a VirtualBox problem (older versions). In order to prevent a double fault of the whole guest OS (and a complete system hang) on a floating point trap I had to write this PSD. Requires OS/2 Warp4, Warp4 kernels. Replaces os2pcat2.wpi.
