Maybe I should clarify that the question mark is part of the command, just to avoid any possible confusion ... IIRC, there's a more up-to-date version that's available via CVS. Could anybody kindly remind me the details of how to get it? I.e. which CVS server, which directory, which user name, which password? And where to submit fixes if I want to submit any? Regards, Stefan P.S.: Innotek's libc doesn't support pthreads, does it? Anybody knows if that it planned for future versions? _______________________________________________ UX2BS mailing list UX2BS at os2ports.com http://os2ports.com/mailman/listinfo/ux2bs **= Email 4 ==========================** Date: Wed, 24 Mar 2004 19:42:16 +0000 From: John Poltorak Subject: Re: pthread library again On Wed, Mar 24, 2004 at 08:34:26PM +0100, Stefan.Neis at t-online.de wrote: > Hi, > > I managed to make an application of mine work (at least seemingly) with > that old pthread library available via ftp from netlabs but it's so > quirky that I really don't want to use it for real. > IIRC, there's a more up-to-date version that's available via CVS. > > Could anybody kindly remind me the details of how to get it? There is one under development here:- http://www.reamined.on.ca/doconnor/xine/xinepthread.zip I tried to get the developer on this list, but without luck so far... > Regards, > Stefan > > P.S.: Innotek's libc doesn't support pthreads, does it? It would be handy to have such libs integrated in a single archive rather than having lots of little bits and pieces all over the place which needs to be gathered individually. -- John _______________________________________________ UX2BS mailing list UX2BS at os2ports.com http://os2ports.com/mailman/listinfo/ux2bs **= Email 1 ==========================** Date: Wed, 24 Mar 2004 16:45:46 -0800 From: "Dave and Natalie" Subject: Re: pthread library again On Wed, 24 Mar 2004 20:34:26 +0100, Stefan.Neis at t-online.de wrote: >Could anybody kindly remind me the details of how to get it? I have this in CVS/Root :pserver:guest at www.netlabs.org:/netlabs.cvs/pthread and the documentation states that the password is readonly. I do have faint memories of that password being wrong and having to use either guest or not needing a password. Just hit enter at the prompt. I don't think it is being maintained now, the page at Netlabs might say Dave _______________________________________________ UX2BS mailing list UX2BS at os2ports.com http://os2ports.com/mailman/listinfo/ux2bs
