Well I tried again from scratch (with most archives already downloaded) and evrything went pretty smooth. Byacc didn't download creating a couple of small problems. At that I've been plagued by files that didn't download. Also seems before I had a posix2 directory. Now there isn't. Now what? I don't see much documentation, I guess I'll have to examine the scripts Dave New Email Address - please update your Address book dave_yeo at paralynx.com _______________________________________________ UX2BS mailing list UX2BS at os2ports.com http://os2ports.com/mailman/listinfo/ux2bs **= Email 2 ==========================** Date: Wed, 3 Dec 2003 23:31:29 +0100 From: Michael Zolk Subject: Re: building a2ps On Tue, Nov 25, 2003 at 09:16:21PM +0000, John Poltorak wrote: > > Maybe I don't have the right version of ux2bs_inst.cmd? OK, I tried this script. The rsync that was downloaded did not work because it did not find emx.dll, so I have manually downloaded emxrt.zip and copied the DLLs into a dir in LIBPATH before I tried again. However, rsync failed to download the required files: ----- autoconf-2.13.log ----- Tue Dec 2 23:41:27 GMT 2003 DIR URL CFLAGS LDFLAGS CFGPARMS MAKEPARM SRC ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/autoconf/autoconf-2.13.tar.gz --prefix=${UXRT}/usr/local/TEST . URL ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/autoconf/autoconf-2.13.tar.gz CFLAGS LDFLAGS CFGPARMS --prefix=${UXRT}/usr/local/TEST MAKEPARM SRC . retrieving autoconf-2.13.tar.gz retrieval failed ----- autoconf-2.13.log ----- The other log files all look the same. Any idea what's wrong? Michael -- http://www.borashop.de _______________________________________________ UX2BS mailing list UX2BS at os2ports.com http://os2ports.com/mailman/listinfo/ux2bs
