I got fileutils-4.1 to compile fairly easily: 1. It needed "-L /posix2/lib -lcext" added to the LDFLAGS in build.table. 2. I had to use emxbind on all the executables. I tried using "-Zexe" in both CFLAGS and LDFLAGS; it failed a configure test ("checking for suffix of executables...") wherever the flag was added. 3. I have not run any actual tests. The resulting exe's may be useless. _______________________________________________ UX2BS mailing list UX2BS at os2ports.com http://os2ports.com/mailman/listinfo/ux2bs **= Email 2 ==========================** Date: Thu, 17 Apr 2003 07:49:16 +0200 From: "Pieter Kruger" Subject: FYI: InnoTek GCC for OS/2 This is a multi-part message in MIME format... ------------=_1050562161-13144-3 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="ISO-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Disposition: inline From: http://www.innotek.de/products/gccos2/gccos2general_e.html "InnoTek GCC for OS/2 InnoTek GCC for OS/2 is a commercial distribution of the GNU C/C++ compiler suite and associated utilities for the IBM OS/2 platform.
