Any success? I built it with EMX -- I used it to build Pine 4.64. I remember having to add a -D or two to the Makefile but I think the string function problems in 0.9.7 have been fixed. I've never actually managed to build Pine myself. As you might remember I can't get IPOP working and was trying to rebuild it without encryption to see why I couldn't log on, but the build has never worked. > There were a few changes I had to make but I don't remember what they were > off-hand and I won't have a chance to look it up until the weekend. I know I did have it working with a previous release, and I'd be interested to know what changes you made to get it to build. > > Nick S. -- John **= Email 3 ==========================** Date: Thu, 13 Oct 2005 10:48:18 +0100 From: John Poltorak Subject: Building Apache2 Has anyone ever managed to build Apache2 from source? I realise a pre-compiled version is available, but I'd prefer to build it myself using my own default options. Apache v1 built quite easily, but I've never had any success with v2. -- John
