Subject:   mySQL 4.1.7

Trying to run this for the first time having always used Oracle.

Install is via warpin but the pdf manual bangs on about install.cmd or
something in a scripts dir - neither of which exist. Despite the readme saying
it uses LIBC06B4 mysql.exe at least wants LIBC06B2.
