Just to let you all know...

I sent Knut a couple of patches for LIBC06

- correct heap request failure when a child process terminates at the
  same time another child is being fork()'ed
- fix for leftover sockets when multiple child processes are fork()'ed

These are included in the LIBC06P1.dll that I ship with postgreSQL v8.0
