Go in build_port.cmd and change the paths. That's the reason for makepkg to be working. Andreas Buening is building it now. You make the pkg instead and unzip anywhere you want for testing before putting it in the ux2 distro. Ideally 'build -pkg perl' This is the build system .. the way you build ports for ux2. It has to be part of the distro. If you don't want to use it don't install the /d packages. That's all this is. To make ux2 packages it has to be part of the distro. Well if you want to bannish me from ux2 do it now. I reiterate remove the all the above directories, remove emx and any unix settings out of config.sys. You don't need them. If you have python put the settings in /etc/ux2_local after ux2 installs. All unix/emx apps are called through the ux2shell or with a ux2_env call first. Get the latest and final bootstrap and run it 'ux2bs_inst'. The ux2bs served it's purpose it created a way to build apps for ux2. Be happy and use it.
