I suspect that misnomer is being propagated by Innotek on their page. Yet if it really is a C/C++ runtime, in all likelihood it's enhanced EMX. Standards-compliant C/C++ libraries are not something one can whip off on a rainy afternoon, and for a company to write new ones for OS/2 at this point would make absolutely no business sense; and if they did, I would expect them to be flaunting its features and advantages over the existing ones (EMX and IBM VAC++/toolkit) to the hilt. h~
