Subject:   Building Posix/2

If anyone wants to build their own vesion of Posix/2, is it simply of a 
matter of unzipping the archive and using the Makefile in the libext 
subdirectory under posix2?

Assuming your make version is happy with the makefiles, then yes, that's
all that is needed.
